Balancing Machine

Imbalance can be caused by deposits on rotor shaft, an event wear of rotor shaft and damage during operation which is caused by foreign objects. Low speed dynamic balancing is essential to maintain healthy equipment. It is important that rotor shaft should be regularly checked to ensure that they are properly balanced. Correctly balanced rotor shaft reduces vibration during operations, thus saving wear and tear.

Hydraulic press

A hydraulic press is a machine press using a hydraulic cylinder to generate a compressive force. It uses the hydraulic equivalent of a mechanical lever. Hydraulic presses are commonly used for forging, clinching, moulding, blanking, punching, deep drawing, and metal forming operations. The hydraulic press is advantageous in manufacturing, it gives the ability to create more intricate shapes and can be economical with materials. A Hydraulic press will take up less space compared to a mechanical press of the same capability.

Surge Testing Machine (10 KW)

The Surge Comparison tester checks the strength of ground insulation that consists of enameled insulation. It detects the insulation failures such as turn-to-turn shorts, layer-to-layer shorts, coil-to-coil shorts, winding-to-winding shorts, and phase-to-phase shorts. Open circuit and ground detection are other benefits of surge testing. The Surge tester uses the principle of impedance balance to test the quality of electrical windings.The Surge tester works as a capacitive-discharge system. A capacitor is charged with high voltage and then discharged into the winding, through a solid state assembly. This sequence is repeated thus stressing the insulation of the winding with high voltage pulses. The resulting voltage decay pattern of two winding is then displayed on the CRT. The waveform pattern will be perfectly superimposed for good windings but in case of a defective winding a double wave pattern will appear on the screen as one wave pattern from the good winding plus the erratic pattern from the faulty winding.

Milli-Ohm Testing

Milli-Ohmmeters designed to measure low resistance at high accuracy confirming the value and integrity of any electrical circuit and connection. These meters may be used to evaluate component or circuit resistance in PC board resistance in laboratories and research and design departments, motor winding opens and shorts, transformers, heating elements, contact resistances of switches and connectors or low resistance connections for bonding.
